Jen Pittman, vice president, Enterprise Communications and Community Affairs, is a leader with passion for building stronger communities. In her current position she leads corporate philanthropy efforts and communications for OneAmerica® and its 2,200 associates. Her partnership model brings together the company’s multi-million-dollar annual community investment with the time and talents of associates through volunteering and leadership development.
Prior to OneAmerica, Pittman served in multiple roles with the City of Indianapolis, culminating in deputy chief of staff for Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard. She also previously worked for a nonprofit focused on a nationwide effort encouraging at-risk students to graduate from high school. She earned her undergraduate degree from Franklin College.
